Position Overview: The Medical Representative (Territory Sales Officer) will be responsible for promoting and selling our dermatology/Aesthetics products within a specified territory. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in dermatology and a proven track record in pharmaceutical sales. You will be instrumental in building and maintaining relationships with healthcare professionals, driving product awareness, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Sales and Promotion: Promote and sell our dermatology/ Aesthetics products to dermatologists, clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare professionals within the assigned territory.
• Market Development: Identify and develop new business opportunities within the territory to increase market share.
• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong professional relationships with key stakeholders, including dermatologists, medical practitioners, and pharmacy decision-makers.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain in-depth knowledge of our dermatology products, including their benefits, indications, and potential side effects.
• Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives set by the company.
• Reporting: Provide regular reports on sales activities, market trends, and competitive intelligence.
• Product Demonstrations: Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to healthcare professionals and address any queries or concerns they may have.
• Compliance: Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and ethical standards in all sales activities.

Qualifications:
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Representative, with a focus on dermatology/Aesthetics products.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, or a related field.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of dermatology/ Aesthetics and related medical conditions, with the ability to effectively communicate product information to healthcare professionals.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Attributes: Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently with minimal supervision.
• Technical Proficiency: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
